Rates and Reservations

Ready to place that reservation? We're available to take them seven days a week. If you're planning on coming during First Monday Trades Days or a Holiday, advance booking is recommended.

Rates

Rates normally vary from $85-$110 depending on guest requirements and reservation dates. There are five guest rooms, some with private bath, individual climate control, ceiling fan, and armoire. King, queen, or twin beds are available and breakfast is included in the rental price.

Reservations

Gladly accepted any day between 10 a.m. and 10 p.m. Call toll-free at 1-800-830-5822 or (903)896-4594. We suggest you call well in advance of prime dates ( First Monday Trade Days and holidays ) as these tend to book quickly. Reservations may be secured with a deposit of one night's fee payable check. Guest check-in noon to 6 p.m. unless by prior arrangement. Check-out time is noon. No smoking indoors.

Cancellations

Deposits will be returned if reservation is cancelled more than 14 days in advance of check-in date. Full payment required for prime dates 30 days in advance of check-in, 50% returned if cancelled 14 days prior to check-in. Cancellations made less than 14 days from check-in forfeit all moneys paid.
